Cheat Device

he Cheat Device(CD) is a hack that enables you to "edit" the game in forms various cheats.

Some included cheats:
* raise/lower water level
*hover cars(all vehicles)
*change car color(LCS only)
*never fall off bike
*infinite health/armor
*custom wanted level (0-6)/Never Wanted
*Screen Capture
*Capture Video
*Change weather

Requirements:
*CFW or 2.60 and below
*GTA LCS/VCS UMD or ISO/CSO
*Files, download below

How To Install(for 3.71 to 2.6):
*Download and unzip the file for either LCS or VCS(if you have 3.71, download the 3.71 prx)
*Copy the PRX into X:/seplugins on your PSP MS
*Make a txt file called GAME and save it in the folder with either of the following text depending on which game you use
ms0:/seplugins/lcscheatdevice371.prx or ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice371.prx
*Enter Recovery Mode on your CFW and enable one of the CD PRXs(for me, I can only have one on at a time)
*Load the LCS/VCS UMD/ISO and enjoy

Controls:
*Press L1 + UP or L1 +Down to open the CD Menu
*X enables/disables cheat
*< and > change settings
*Triangle spawns car selected for Trashmaster spawn, while text that says Trashmaster Cheat Spawns: is selected
* R1 Spawns car selected for Rhino cheat while selected


Go to http://www.cheatdevice.net to download the Gamesaves for 2.6 and below or the PRX for custom firmware
